Customers must use sanitized containers. Water dispense starts automatically upon payment realization. System records timestamps and hardware flow logs.
In case of machine failure, power disconnect, or partial dispense, the unutilized transaction amount is auto-refunded to the original payment source within 24–48 hours.
We collect transactional mobile identifiers strictly for telemetry, accounting logs, and refund settlement purposes. We never sell or share user data with third parties.
